Your privacy

Last updated September 14, 2026

This page explains what happens to information you send through this website. It is short because this site does very little with your information.

There is no tracking on this website

No analytics, no advertising pixels, no cookies that follow you anywhere. Nobody is building a profile of you because you visited The Door Eastside CFC’s website. The only thing stored in your browser is whether you chose the light or dark version of the page.

If you fill in the visit form

The form asks for your name, your email address, your phone number if you want to give it, and anything you would like the church to know. That information goes to The Door Eastside CFC so somebody here can get in touch with you.

• It is used to reply to you and to welcome you. Nothing else.
• It is never sold, and never shared with anyone outside this church.
• You are not added to any advertising list.
• You can ask for it to be deleted at any time and it will be.

Where it is kept

The website and its form submissions are hosted by CFMSite, which builds and runs this site for The Door Eastside CFC. CFMSite stores the information on the church’s behalf, on servers in the United States, and does not use it for any purpose of its own. CFMSite’s own privacy policy is at cfmsite.com/privacy-policy.

Photographs and social media

This site may show posts and photographs that The Door Eastside CFC has already published publicly on its own social media accounts. If you appear in a photograph here and would rather not, tell us and it will be taken down.

Children

This website is not aimed at children and the form is not intended for them. A parent or guardian should get in touch on a child’s behalf.
